It’s a common story. Can’t sleep. Right now, my mind has got the engine power of a ferrari in preparation of a hi-speed chase. I thought I should slug it out with you guys here in public, since I now have an audience of over 2k followers. Thank you.

So, here we are at 6:47 AM. For the record, this blog isn’t some alcohol induced, truth serum side effect. This is just some clear headed restlessness. Not sure if this is more for me, or for whoever may read. Either way, read away… if you may. ;]

Many of the things that grab a tight hold of all of our thoughts have to do with what we’re meant to do in this life. Lately, I’ve easily mistaken the things that I’m meant to do with the things that I want to do. For much of my life I’ve been in a continual toss-up about how I should be doing the things that I’m meant to do. The effort that goes into what I’m meant to do shouldn’t be from thinking about how to do that. The effort should be signed and dated by my honest energy. I think everyone should search for their honest energy.

You’re bred as the one and only you. Once you realize that no one can replace even the worst part of you, there’s a comfort in knowing that you’re safe from whatever sort of elimination you were fearing. So much of what we know is taking a turn for the worst in this world with the discouraging state of the economy, the differences among us, the brainwashing tendencies of the media… I could go on for days. The FIRST thing I would want for us all is reassurance and encouragement in ourselves as individuals. Love yourself and what you have to offer. There’s no better accomplishment than being yourself, however simple or complex you may be. And let’s remember; from the simplest & broken pieces of you comes the most complex & completed person you always wished you’d be.
